Gemma Wolfe-Whiting and her two-year-old daughter Lily Wolfe-Whiting (both correct) are pictured in the garden of their Broadway home just off Kedleston Road. Thieves managed to break in and steal a number of items, including presents for Lily's third birthday, by burning through a film of plastic around a catflap, before using a stick to unlock the door from the inside. The key had been left in the door as a recommendation from a fire safety officer. In a rare twist, the thieves then took the time to remove two key-rings from a set of car keys that they stole. The key-rings, which were found in the garden, contained a pair of family photos, including one of Lily, as seen here.
