Three-year-old Leo Handford suffers from a rare disorder known as mitochondrial disease. Now his parents Kenny Handford (pictured with Leo) and Kelly Handford are having to commit all of their time looking after him and his seven month old sister Libby Handford. Leo's stomach is affected by the disease and he has to be fed through a tube directly in to his stomach.
