A new excercise class for mums and their babies is being trialled at the Deda dance centre on Chapel Street. Buggybabes Indoor, run by Becky Salmon, is a postnatal workout class designed specifically for mums and their newborn babies. The class involves a low impact aerobic warm up followed by a series of exercises to help new mums regain strength, tone and that all important energy.
