Catching creepy-crawlies was the order of the day for five-year-old Erin Bamford, as she joined Gary Wain, from Groundwork Derby and Derbyshire, for a bug hunt around Red River Nature Reserve in Loscoe. Amongst other things, the pair caught spiders, ladybirds and this grasshopper in their net, before studying them and setting them free. The summer holiday scheme was being run in conjunction with Derbyshire Wildlife Trust.
