The steaks are high at a Spondon restaurant, where management are inviting people to try and break a world record. Bank restaurant owner Dee Nanua, pictured here, wants members of the public to get in touch to add their names to a list of people willing to tackle a 303oz steak. The current world record for the largest amount of steak eaten in one sitting belongs to the state of Texas in America, where a whopping 205oz Steak was consumed by a number of people. Money raised at the event will go towards the Lewis Mighty fund.
